Creating Your First Rollback

Step 1: Initial Setup

  1. Connect Your Wallet

    • Visit the Rollback dashboard

    • Click "Connect Wallet"

    • Select your wallet provider (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)

    • Sign the connection message

Step 2: Configure Recovery Wallets

  1. Add Recovery Wallets

    • Click "Add Recovery Wallet"

    • Enter wallet address (must be different from primary)

    • Repeat for 2-10 wallets

    • Verify addresses are correct

  2. Set Priority Order

    • For priority rollback: drag wallets to reorder

    • For randomized: order doesn't matter

    • First wallet = highest priority

  3. Configure Fallback Wallet

    • Enter final safety net address

    • Used only when all recovery wallets are obsolete

    • Often a cold storage or hardware wallet

Step 3: System Configuration

  1. Set Inactivity Threshold

    • Choose days before rollback triggers

    • Consider your usage patterns

    • Common choices: 180 days (6 months), 365 days (1 year)

  2. Select Rollback Method

    • Priority: Sequential wallet order

    • Randomized: Chainlink VRF random selection

  3. Choose Tokens to Monitor

    • Select up to 3 tokens

    • Add ERC-20 tokens and NFT collections

Step 4: Deployment

  1. Review Configuration

    • Double-check all wallet addresses

    • Verify threshold and method settings

    • Confirm token selections

  2. Deploy Contract

    • Pay initialization fee (0.00264 ETH)

    • Wait for blockchain confirmation

    • Receive deployment confirmation
